1)right click on the desktop, then goto the shortcut.
2)a dialog box will open, type 'shutdown -r -t 60 -c"hi"'withoutcodes.
3)click on the NEXT, then type shutdown.
4)click on the START button, goto ALL PROGRAMS, then goto STARTUP,
5)open startup, drag the shutdown shoortcut into statup.
6) restart the system.
